Meet the Founders

Glen & Anita Gibson

Glen & Anita are the founders of The Richard Allen, Sr. Foundation (RAS) & Zoe Life Ministries. (ZLM) is the parent organization that supports (RAS) programming. These organizations were designed to mentor and disciple parents to effectively homeschool their children. Glen & Anita have been in discipleship ministry for over 30 years and have led Zoe Life Ministries since 2007 and (RAS) since 2011.

 

The main focus is to provide homeschool mentorship & training environments, parenting programs and individual student oversight, learning centers, strengths training, community events and Biblical studies are vehicles that are used to help parents & students reach their greatest potential.

We understand that An extremely important part of our work is discipleship & mentoring. It can not be microwaved. IT JUST TAKES TIME!

Project Excel

Project Excel is an educational ministry that provides a homeschool umbrella for Maryland families. It provides guidance and mentoring, parent training and strategies for families that need additional academic support. Check out the website below.

National Homeschool Advocacy is a cohesive homeschool community that provides connections for families to information, resources, inspiration, experts and homeschool friends. STARFINDER Workshops

The STARFINDER Workshop parent training opportunity is hosted in the community. It is based on Anita's book "STAR Finder". It provides strategies to help your students WIN academically!! It's available on Amazon. Put in Anita Gibson's name in Amazon and it will pop right up.
