Meet the Founders
Glen & Anita Gibson
Glen & Anita are the founders of The Richard Allen, Sr. Foundation (RAS). Zoe Life Ministries. (ZLM) is the parent organization that supports (RAS) programming. These organizations were designed to mentor and disciple parents to effectively disciple their children and to provide programming for student mentorship. We also provide financial support to programs that align with our mission. Glen & Anita have been in discipleship ministry for over 30 years and have led Zoe Life Ministries since 2007 and (RAS) since 2011.
The main focus is to provide mentorship & training environments, parenting programs, and individual student oversight, learning centers, strengths training, community events, and Biblical studies. These vehicles are designed to help parents & students reach their greatest potential.
We understand that an essential part of our work is discipleship & mentoring. It can not be microwaved. IT JUST TAKES TIME!
